  Rude, ignorant and unhelpful counter staff. They say; 'ask your pharmacist', I really wouldn't bother asking them anything. In fact I recommend you avoid altogether and visit Boots at the nearby Retail Park. The boots staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
